MUSCI, a professional consulting partnership, performs natural resource assessment and biological field surveys, especially within California. Our land use evaluations focus on the effects of current and proposed land management activities on wildlife, fisheries and native plants and their habitats. We also study sensitive (endangered, threatened and rare) animals and plants and their habitats, and prepare biological reports for submission to land use regulatory agencies.
MUSCI also studies the moss flora of California, conducting original research on the natural history of mosses and their relationships to higher vascular plants and environmental site variables.
